Please BLACK WOMEN DO NOTHING TRUST THIS ESTABLISHMENT WITH YOUR NATURAL HAIR, THEY ARE KNOWN TO PUT PERMS IN THE CONDITIONER. ABSOLUTELY NOT FOR BLACK WOMEN! I went here without reading the reviews wish I did! I went to get a simple wash and trim. I didn’t ask for a treatment, no roller set, nothing just a wash blow and trim. The women puts some kind of “conditioner” in my hair and it was a texturizer! Completely changed my hair pattern and killed my natural hair It looked like Michael Jackson hair days later MY HAIR STARTED SHEDDING AND FALLING OUT IN CLUMPS. I went back to the salon to complain, of course now NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH NOBODY KNOWS NOTHING AND THE OWNER WASNT THERE. I EVENTUALLY SPEAK TO THE OWNER WHO APOLOGIZED AND SAID SHE CANT DO NOTHING . When I refused to accept that as the solution she then started to tell me I had the wrong salon and I was never serviced there in the first place.

I am here at the salon with my granddaughter. We tried to explain to the lady that she’s getting a touchup. She proceeds and washing her hair. We try to explain to her she was getting a touch up. The language barrier is not good. She didn’t understand me and I didn’t understand her so unfortunately, this is my last time coming here.
